The client had two physical stores in Nakuru and Kabarnet but no online presence — losing sales to competitors with websites. I built a full e-commerce platform with Sanity CMS for easy product management. Within the first months, online orders started coming in from customers who'd never visited the physical stores.

The farm had no way to track whether individual cattle or poultry batches were profitable. Income, expenses, milk yields, and egg collection were all in the owner's head. I built a management dashboard that tracks every animal, every shilling in and out, and generates reports showing exactly where money is made and lost.

A hospitality business running a restaurant, bar, and carwash was tracking sales on paper receipts — no visibility into which department was profitable. I built a multi-department POS that tracks sales, expenses, inventory, and staff commissions in real time. The owner now sees daily P&L reports per department from their phone.
